Thomas holds a PhD in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University. He is an expert in building custom predictive models in a variety of domains, including healthcare, advertising, energy, and politics. Prior to joining TeraCrunch, he worked as a Data Scientist at Harvard University and as a Sr. Data Scientist Instructor at Galvanize. His research has been published in peer-reviewed political science and psychology journals, and he has presented work at several national academic and professional conferences. Thomas is affiliated with the Center for Research Methods & Data Analysis at the University of Kansas and the ChildTrauma Academy in Houston.
